More About Me

Bio

Before entering real estate, I was a high school Social Studies teacher in Sullivan County, NY. As a teacher I was known for my firmness, productivity, efficiency, and proven record of success. My ability to maneuver high stakes negotiations with parents, colleagues, and superiors yielded productive outcomes. This is a skill I will bring to the table as your agent and representative.

During those years of teaching, my husband and I began taking frequent trips to Ithaca and ultimately fell in love with the area. After assessing the many factors, we made the decision to leave our lives in Monticello to pursue what has turned out to be a joyful life here in the Finger Lakes. I am intimately familiar with the allure of the Finger Lakes and will draw from that experience to help meet the evolving needs of my clients.

In 2013 we purchased a home in Trumansburg, NY and we have been happily there ever since. My family has become part of the local community, personally and professionally. When I’m not working, my free time is usually spent with family, but I love looking for ways to improve our home and property. As I became ready to re-enter the workforce, real estate was the perfect fit for my interests, skill sets, and lifestyle! I am excited to be a part of the Jill Burlington Team and I am looking forward to finding you your own joyful life in the Finger Lakes!
